Job summary

Aspen Square Management in Naples and Fort Myers is seeking a Leasing & Marketing Consultant to support multiple SW Florida properties. You’ll help prospective residents through the leasing process, tours, applications, and move-ins, while delivering a warm, professional customer experience.

In addition to leasing, you’ll develop and implement creative marketing plans using social media and events, respond to inquiries, and work toward weekly and monthly occupancy goals, with a strong emphasis

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales (retail, hospitality, or restaurant counted as sales).
• 3+ years customer service experience.
• Marketing experience or training; Canva or similar for flyers.

Aspen is now hiring a Leasing & Marketing Consultant to float between our Southwest FL properties in Naples & Fort Myers.

Position Description:

• Handle the leasing process from start to finish! Follow up with interested applicants, tour prospects around the community, process applications, explain lease terms, and coordinate move ins
• Make your voice heard! Develop and implement creative marketing strategies using social media, community outreach, and organizing resident events
• Provide top-notch customer service to all residents and prospects!
• Meet and exceed leasing goals
• Administrative duties such as answering phones, responding to emails, maintaining an organized workspace
• Maintain a warm, positive atmosphere in the leasing office
• All other duties as assigned

Position Requirements:

• 2+ years sales experience (retail sales, hospitality, restaurant experience is considered sales!)
• Marketing experience or training preferred, including social media, event planning, use of Canva or other platforms to create flyers, etc.
• 3+ years customer service experience
• Able to multitask effectively and problem solve
• Driven, able to meet and exceed goals (we give you the training and tools you need to succeed, you bring the drive you need to excel in your role!)
• Availability for 40-hour workweek including Saturdays
• Be able to work throughout the SW FL area
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation to and from work.
