Leasing Managers are responsible for:

• Leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations in multi-family residential apartments.
• Motivating a diverse team and working well under pressure to meet leasing goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team towards achieving leasing goals and occupancy.
• Ensure brand knowledge and act as brand ambassadors.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop local strategies and execute campaigns.
• Use property systems to generate reports and monitor unit availability.
• Monitor website/email traffic and coordinate with marketing and regional managers.
• Stay informed about market and competitor conditions.
• Participate in leasing processes, including qualifying prospects and preparing documentation.
• Promote resident satisfaction and handle service issues promptly.
• Develop team members' capabilities for performance and succession planning.
• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure property standards.
• Analyze operational reports to improve leasing performance.
• Stay updated on industry changes and best practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software such as Appfolio.

Pay Transparency

Estimated annual salary ranges from $70,000 to $90,000 plus commission, with details subject to change based on location, experience, and market data. This role requires a leasing license.
