The Artesian at Bee Cave by EMBREY seeks a Leasing Manager to oversee lease-up, renewals, marketing and sales initiatives for the community in the Austin area. You will manage leasing team members and resources to hit occupancy and revenue goals.

Responsibilities include supervising the leasing staff, directing marketing and advertising efforts, and monitoring day-to-day leasing activities to ensure strong occupancy and retention. The role offers full-time hours with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as a Leasing Consultant.
• CLASS A multi-family experience preferred.
• Experience utilizing Yardi and Microsoft Office Suite.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid Driver's License.

Job Posting: Leasing Manager

Experience The EMBREY Way by joining our dynamic Property Management team as a Leasing Manager at The Artesian at Bee Cave.

As a Leasing Manager, you will manage the property's lease-up and renewal efforts. This includes overseeing marketing, print and internet advertising sales activities, leasing team members and other resources to achieve established revenue, occupancy, resident retention and leasing goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the property's leasing team members by interviewing, hiring, orienting and training.
• Direct the property's marketing, advertising and sales activities.
• Monitor the day-to-day sales and leasing activities.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans and goals to sustain occupancy.
• Regularly inspect units for marketability, create mini-models and use other merchandising techniques to promote the apartment and community to prospective applicants.

Qualifications

• One year of experience as a Leasing Consultant
• CLASS A multi-family experience, preferred
• Experience utilizing Yardi and Microsoft Office Suite
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
• Valid Driver's License
