Salary Range: starting at $20/hour + commission + benefits

YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS:

  • Conduct business in accordance with company policies, Fair Housing laws, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and all other laws pertaining to multifamily housing
  • Greet prospective residents and handle all phone and email correspondence professionally
  • Take responsibility for curb appeal and leasing of the community; open and inspect vacant apartments, noting items needing correction
  • Be familiar with the surrounding area and resources available to enrich residents' lives
  • Accurately explain the residential lease and related documents to residents
  • Maintain files in a neat and secure manner
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents, supplier partners, and business partners
  • Communicate property issues with property managers

EXPERIENCE:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; must be collaborative and adaptable
  • Experience with Entrata software is a plus, but not required
