Pegasus Residential is seeking a Leasing Manager/Client Services Manager to lead the resident experience, oversee the leasing team, and ensure seamless interactions from inquiry to move-in. You will handle resident issues, payments, lease inquiries with strong communications, and use consultative selling to place residents in the right homes.

This role blends supervision with hands-on service in a vibrant multifamily environment.

Formación

• Multifamily leasing experience required.
• Proficient with OneSite platform.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

YOUR ROLE AS A Client Services Manager

You will be the front liner when it comes to Resident experience and support. You will be responsible for receiving all resident issues, payments, lease inquiries, etc. Using high-level communication skills along with strategic consultative selling skills, your dynamic, supportive, and considerate personality, combined with community knowledge, provide the positive and genuine experience people crave and seldom discover when looking for their home. You will also oversee the leasing team and provide assistance when needed.

Qualifications

• Multifamily experience required
• OneSite experience/knowledge preferred
• Customer-focused attitude and great interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of technology products including OneSite
• Problem-solving skills
• Self-driven and desire to succeed
• Working knowledge of Social Media
• Microsoft Office product suite: Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, Outlook
