TRG Management is seeking a Leasing Manager to lead the leasing team and drive occupancy at our community. This role emphasizes delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining Fair Housing compliance, and working with the Property Manager to achieve leasing goals.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of leasing experience, strong sales and communication skills, and proficiency with property management software to manage leasing activity and reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of apartment leasing experience.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and leasing best practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead all leasing efforts to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Conduct property tours and present apartment homes and community amenities.
• Follow up on prospective residents via phone, email, and CRM systems.
• Process rental applications, verify applicant information, and prepare lease agreements.
• Maintain knowledge of market trends and competitor pricing.
• Implement leasing promotions and marketing strategies to increase traffic and conversions.
• Ensure model units, leasing office, and common areas are show-ready.
