RPM Living in Deerfield, IL is seeking a Leasing Manager to lead the leasing team and drive marketing, showings, and resident relations at one apartment community.

You will train staff, set pricing, process applications, coordinate move-ins, renewals, and ensure Fair Housing compliance while delivering top-tier resident service. Flexibility to work weekday and weekend schedules is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university or equivalent
• 4 years’ experience in Leasing – Preferred
• 2 years’ supervisory experience – Preferred
• Microsoft Office Suite, Project Management, Adobe, Property Management Software, PopCard or LTS experience

Responsibilities

• Close leases by scheduling tours, generating leads, and processing applications and deposits
• Use marketing strategies within budget to drive traffic and optimize occupancy
• Maintain a favorable image of the community to achieve property objectives
• Retain residents through events and host after-hours functions as needed
• Complete lease, move-in, and check-out paperwork promptly
• Attend weekly and daily goal-setting meetings
• Oversee leasing staff with training, evaluation, and rewards
• Qualify prospects and assist with applications and screening per Fair Housing policies
• Process applications with credit checks and rental history verification
• Update availability reports and submit applications for approval
• Show apartments and finalize move-ins with signatures
• Support social media presence and outreach marketing
• Manage renewals, notices, and move-outs with updated data
• Deliver excellent customer service and resident support
• Collaborate with maintenance to ensure timely service requests
