Job summary

STYL Residential is seeking a Leasing Manager for our Conway, SC community. You will lead the leasing team, drive marketing and pre-leasing activities, and manage the tenant journey from application to lease execution.

You will utilize CRM tools, coordinate with the sales team, and ensure high occupancy and resident satisfaction through proactive outreach and training. This full-time on-site role offers growth within STYL's expanding portfolio.

Qualifications

• 2+ years direct experience in multi-family property management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Experience with leasing processes and customer relationship management systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee marketing, leasing and pre-leasing of apartments.
• Direct daily work of the leasing team and conduct weekly evaluations.
• Coordinate scheduling and coverage of leasing staff.
• Maintain traffic logs, logs and follow-up for prospective residents.
• Interact with prospects and residents to maximize occupancy and retention.
