Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company in Milpitas, CA, is seeking a Leasing Manager to lead leasing operations, drive resident retention, and coordinate with onsite staff. You will review weekly reports, manage marketing efforts, and ensure smooth leasing processes.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of leasing experience, strong communication skills, a willingness to work weekends, and a valid driver’s license. Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to tour the community are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year leasing experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and ability to motivate/lead a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Flexible schedule including weekends.
• Must be able to tour the community with clients, walking the property and stairs.
• Driver's license required.
• State license or certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assign and proof daily leasing paperwork.
• Audit lease files per policy with consistency.
• Implement lease renewals and resident retention programs.
• Assist with resident relations, including calls, requests and concerns.
• Analyze weekly leasing reports and forecast occupancy trends.
• Manage marketing strategies, including advertising, promotions and publications.
• Review aged vacancies, market-ready apartments and models.
• Manage, train and counsel onsite staff effectively.
• Additional duties as assigned.
