Job summary

Advenir Azora Living is seeking a Leasing Manager to lead the leasing team, drive occupancy, and optimize leasing performance while delivering excellent resident experiences.

You will coach staff, manage the sales process, and collaborate with the Community Manager to meet property goals and ensure readiness for move-ins.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of multifamily leasing, sales, hospitality, or related experience.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong sales, communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing requirements.
• Experience with property management or CRM software preferred.
• Ability to work weekends or adjusted schedules as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily leasing activities and ensure occupancy and leasing goals are achieved.
• Coach, motivate, and hold leasing team members accountable for performance.
• Monitor leads, tours, applications, conversions, move-ins, and follow-up activity.
• Develop strategies to increase traffic, improve closing ratios, and maximize leasing opportunities.
• Conduct property tours and effectively communicate the property's features, amenities, and value.
• Maintain knowledge of market conditions, competitor pricing, and availability.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of applications, leases, and move-in documentation.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and support resident retention efforts.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws, company policies, and procedures.
• Maintain accurate leasing records and reporting.
• Partner with maintenance and property teams to ensure apartments are ready for move-in.
