Beztak, a national Real Estate Development, Construction, and Property Management company, is seeking talented individuals to join our team. We are looking for bright, dynamic leaders with a passion for service and a commitment to excellence.

The Leasing Manager is responsible for achieving and maintaining community occupancy goals. This role involves developing and executing comprehensive advertising and marketing strategies, including both internal and external efforts to generate traffic.

Essential Functions:
  1. Lead training and professional development for self and leasing staff.
  2. Comply with policies in a positive manner.
  3. Maintain a motivational workplace atmosphere.
  4. Provide and receive open, positive, direct feedback with team members.
  5. Organize and prepare for move-ins, renewals, and move-outs to ensure positive resident experiences.
  6. Lead property tours, build rapport, and follow up with potential tenants.
  7. Participate in and implement resident retention programs.
  8. Maintain knowledge of and accurate data entry within relevant operating systems like Yardi and lead tracking software.

  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule when needed.
Qualifications and Education:
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role or related field.
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt quickly to change.
