Qualifications

• 3+ years of leasing experience with outstanding customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee marketing tour path, target viewing apartments, ensure rent-ready units and amenities are impeccable.
• Manage mini models, placement and presentation.
• Answer calls, convert to walk-ins, set viewing appointments, and log leasing traffic daily.
• Monitor queue traffic and ensure daily responses.
• Tour prospects with energy and enthusiasm.
• Facilitate the application process after tours.
• Design plans to improve leasing conversions.
• Review and process applications promptly.
• Communicate results promptly and respectfully.
• Follow Move-In Experience policy with approved applicants.
• Meet with Community Director to review leasing performance and goals.
• Assist with monthly financial reports; support budget, revenue, and expenses.
• Assist resident, financial, analytic and reporting tasks.
• Manage and negotiate lease renewals to promote retention.
• Complete monthly market analyses and competitive shops; implement daily strategies.
• Coordinate leasing team's daily activities (People, Product, Price, Promotion).
• Provide guidance in absence of leaders.
• Use discretion in daily marketing/advertising to boost performance.
• Maintain knowledge of community, residents, and competitors.
• Ensure market-ready units and amenities meet standards.
• Distribute notices while protecting privacy.
• Accompany vendors to units as needed.
• Keep leasing office clean and presentable.
• Maintain residential files securely.
• Collect rents, deposits and fees.
• Log service requests and follow up.

As a Leasing Manager, you are a seasoned leasing professional with a track record of success connecting people to the right home. This role is responsible for developing and executing property specific occupancy and renewal goals to achieve financial success. This position must promote and encourage collaboration and teamwork, as the leasing team will look to you for support, coaching and guidance through daily and weekly objectives. A successful Leasing Manager is able to manage their time effectively, is detail oriented, a trustworthy team player, and takes pride in their work.
