Job summary

Ounalashka Corporation in Unalaska, Alaska, seeks a Leasing and Lands Supervisor to lead the leasing and lands program. The role is full-time exempt and reports to the CEO, coordinating with Operations, Maintenance, Environmental, and external agencies.

Responsibilities include negotiating leases, monitoring compliance, managing the Lands program, maintaining a GIS mapping system, budgeting, and supporting land policy and sacred site protection.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and professional property management experience.
• Knowledge of Alaska land laws, leasing regulations, and environmental considerations.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate, draft, review, and amend leases (commercial, residential, ground, storage).
• Monitor tenants and lease premises for compliance.
• Manage Lands to align with the Land Plan and natural resources uses.
• Maintain GIS mapping database of leased and available lands.
• Develop department budgets and report to CEO and Board of Directors.
• Coordinate with agencies on cleanup and regulatory matters.
