• Support property turns including readiness verification.
• Confirm showing readiness and troubleshoot access issues.
• Conduct in-person showings when required.
• Provide field feedback on property condition and pricing perception.
• Conduct pre-move-in inspections and document condition.
• Assist with move-in readiness including keys and access.
• Update property notes and inspection results in systems.
• Communicate field updates to Leasing PM.
• Track lockboxes, keys, and access inventory.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams for issue resolution.
• Collaborate with Listing Coordinators and centralized teams.
• Escalate urgent issues to Leasing PM.

Summary

Education and/or Experience

High School Diploma or GED required. 1-3 years of property management, leasing, or related experience preferred.

Physical Demands

Frequent standing, walking properties, climbing stairs, and driving. Ability to lift light equipment.

Field-based role with 60-80% travel within assigned market. Exposure to outdoor environments and varying conditions. Rest of the time is onsite.
