The Leasing Director drives, oversees, and delegates to achieve leasing and renewal goals, occupancy targets, available product, pricing strategies, trends, and reporting. This role is responsible for developing, monitoring, and implementing marketing promotions and programs. Additionally, the Leasing Director acts as the most productive leaser, role models for the leasing team, leads property leasing efforts, develops training programs, mentors staff, and partners with property management. The position involves leading weekly management meetings and functioning as an independent leasing and marketing professional.

Training/Education
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, real estate, or property management preferred, or some college with at least seven years’ experience in sales and leasing.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
Experience/Skills
- Minimum of seven years in sales and five years in leasing, marketing, or training for multifamily properties.
- Proven sales and marketing success with consistent achievement of goals.
- Experience in market analysis, trend analysis, and creating solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Yardi or equivalent software, and CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities
