Job description

Hanover Company is seeking experienced Leasing Consultants for their luxury apartment communities, Hanover Evans Station and Hanover RiNo, in Denver, CO. These roles involve managing property operations at the site level and providing exceptional service to prospects and residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver outstanding customer service in all interactions with prospects and residents.
  2. Conduct tours, respond to inquiries, and guide prospective residents through the leasing process.
  3. Manage the Entrata dashboard accurately to ensure timely follow-ups and contact requests.
  4. Understand and ensure completion of all lease documents and compliance prior to resident move-in, with final approval from the Property Manager.
  5. Strive to meet or exceed expectations for secret shops, individually and as a team.
  6. Build and maintain strong marketing relationships with local businesses, employers, and community organizations.
  7. Assist in preparing and planning advertising materials under the guidance of the Property Manager.
  8. Maintain knowledge of market trends, rental rates, concessions, and leasing activity of comparable properties.
  9. Help maintain the property's overall appeal, including model units and tour paths.
  10. Identify and report liability or maintenance issues promptly.
  11. Assist residents with lease renewals, transfers, and move-outs to ensure positive experiences.
  12. Proactively contact residents about lease expirations and maintain renewal tracking.
  13. Participate in monthly resident events and support resident retention strategies.
  14. Maintain social media standards and respond to resident feedback.
  15. Participate in the '10 Ways to Play Like a Champion' Awards Program monthly.
  16. Respond to operational inquiries from the Global Support Services Team.
  17. Adhere to reporting schedules and support efficient site operations.
  18. Represent the property and Hanover professionally in all interactions, including email communication.
  19. Uphold the 'Making Life Easy' service standard and adhere to uniform policies.
  20. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Abilities:

  1. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and respond professionally.
  2. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  3. Attention to detail, especially in written communication.
  4. Knowledge of Entrata or similar property management software is preferred.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  6. Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and team-oriented mindset.
  7. Availability to work weekends, evenings, holidays, and flexible hours.

Physical Requirements:

  1. Effective communication in person, over the phone, and via email.
  2. Ability to operate standard office equipment.
  3. Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and walk the property in various weather conditions.
  4. Capability to move freely throughout the community, including climbing stairs and navigating uneven surfaces.
  5. Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
  6. Visual acuity to read documents and interpret screens.
  7. Manual dexterity for using a computer keyboard and handling paperwork.
