Salary Range is $14.98 - $22.46 per hour
The base salary range displayed represents the expected minimum and maximum compensation for this role at the time of posting. Final salary offers are determined based on multiple factors, including the candidate's relevant experience, specific skills, qualifications, and type of property.
Demonstrated working knowledge of Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) compliance, resident certifications, and program regulations.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. (LIHTC EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.)
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or team members of organization.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages.
Fair Housing must be completed within 1 day of hire. Preventing Sexual Harassment, Workplace Harassment and Drug Free Workplace courses must be completed within 7 days of hire.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
The Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Resident Apartment Manager (RAM) designations are highly recommended for this position. Fair Housing Certification is required within 14 days of hire.
