Position Overview: We are seeking a full-time Leasing Consultant for The Trellises Apartments in Florence, Kentucky. You will interact with prospective and current residents to promote the community and maintain occupancy. Responsibilities include:

  • Sales, administrative tasks, and light manual labor.
  • Understanding community product details, fair housing, and lease policies.
  • Accurate documentation of leasing activities and resident interactions.
  • Knowledge of community data such as unit count, construction year, and utilities.
  • Monitoring market conditions to support sales strategies.
  • Inspecting units and community areas, collaborating with maintenance as needed.
  • Responding to resident and prospect inquiries, conducting tours, and handling administrative tasks related to leasing and move-ins.
  • Providing excellent customer service to foster positive reviews.
  • Proactively resolving resident issues and suggesting improvements.
  • Participating in community events and outreach efforts.
  • Using property management software and CRM tools effectively.
  • Collaborating with team members to meet resident needs.
  • Performing additional tasks assigned by the Community Manager.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Availability for full-time work: Monday-Friday 9am-6pm, rotating Saturdays 9am-4pm.
  • Customer service experience required; leasing/sales experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in property management software, Yardi Voyager, Rent Café, CRM, and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
