Join TRG Management Company as a Leasing Consultant at Town Laurel Crossing in Buford, GA. We are a leading property management firm managing approximately 20,000 units across multiple states, offering a diverse portfolio including subsidized, workforce, affordable housing, mid-rises, high-rises, luxury rentals, and single-family homes.

We are seeking a dedicated Leasing Consultant to collaborate with our property management team and provide excellent service to residents. Your role will involve engaging with prospective tenants, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the leasing process.

Job Responsibilities

1. Interview prospective tenants and assess their needs and qualifications.
2. Show model homes and apartments, discussing features, amenities, and lease terms.
3. Complete lease agreements and collect deposits.
4. Perform periodic inspections and coordinate maintenance.
5. Recommend advertising strategies to attract traffic.
6. Maintain punctuality and ensure responsibilities are covered during absences.

Requirements

• Experience in multi-family housing or real estate.
• Luxury high-rise leasing experience preferred.
• Ability to sell community benefits and provide superior customer service.
• Onesite experience is a plus.
