CWS Apartment Homes is seeking a Leasing Consultant to combine customer service, sales, and marketing skills to lease our apartment homes to interested customers. You will manage your own success by reaching leasing goals and building rapport with customers and residents on-site.

Candidates should have strong sales and customer service experience, knowledge of on-site operations, and familiarity with Yardi software; this role involves working at locations beyond the home property.

As a Leasing Consultant you will integrate your customer service, sales, and marketing skills to support our mission while leasing our apartment homes to interested customers.
