Arlington Properties is seeking a Leasing Consultant to serve as the face of the community, greeting prospects, conducting tours, and guiding applicants through the leasing process from application to move-in. You will support residents, manage files, coordinate with maintenance, and contribute to marketing efforts to boost occupancy.

Qualifications

• Leasing, sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents, conduct property tours, and explain community features.
• Manage the full leasing process from application to move-in.
• Maintain up-to-date resident files and support retention/renewals.
• Conduct follow-up communications with prospects and residents.
• Promote the property through outreach efforts and marketing ideas.
