SUMMER LEASING CONSULTANT JOB AVAILABLE!

Position: Assisting our team during the busy summer season.

Location: Bexley Square at Concord Mills - Concord, NC

Schedule:

• Start as early as now; flexible end date
• 20 hours per week
• Saturdays in rotation, 9am-5pm (1-2 per month)
• Weekday hours 9am-6pm, flexible based on availability

Pay: Starting at $17/hr, depending on experience

Responsibilities include:

• Engaging with prospects via internet, phone, scheduling tours
• Processing leasing applications and lease paperwork
• Providing customer service to residents, assisting with renewals, notices, pet policies, transfers, and account questions
• Collaborating with maintenance, inspecting apartments, monitoring property needs, and following up on work orders
• Creating a positive move-in experience
• Handling move-outs and security deposit dispositions
• Planning and hosting resident activities
