Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service, hospitality, retail, sales, leasing, or related experience.

• Entrata or property management experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct leasing tours and assist prospective residents through the leasing process.
• Welcome residents, guests, and prospects at the front desk.
• Respond to resident questions, requests, and service follow-ups.
• Assist with move-ins, move-outs, and day-to-day community operations.
• Support resident events and community engagement initiatives.
• Perform outreach marketing to local businesses, student organizations, and universities.
• Conduct property walks and help maintain strong community presentation.
• Work closely with the management and maintenance teams to support an exceptional resident experience.

Compensation for this position is $15 an hour based on experience, in addition to leasing and performance bonus opportunities.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, restaurants, hotels, events, or leasing who enjoys building relationships, working in a fast-paced environment, and creating exceptional resident experiences.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct leasing tours and assist prospective residents through the leasing process
• Welcome residents, guests, and prospects at the front desk
