Job summary

Trinity Property Consultants is seeking a Leasing Consultant in St. Louis to welcome prospective residents, lease units, and drive occupancy.

You will support marketing efforts, process applications, and guide residents through move-in while delivering exceptional service. The role emphasizes organized operations, accurate record-keeping, and timely maintenance follow-through, with nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service or sales experience; multifamily leasing preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; knowledge of Fair Housing laws a plus.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and welcome prospective residents to the property.
• Assist in completing market surveys and execute marketing strategies to maintain occupancy.
• Process rental applications accurately and efficiently.
• Guide residents through move-in for a smooth experience.
• Provide superior customer service and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Process maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain resident files with accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain unit availability and community calendars; support administrative tasks as needed.

Compensation:$18 to $20 hourly,depending on experience,plus lease commissions and lease renewal bonuses.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Leasing & Sales

• Show, lease, and welcome prospective residents to the property.

• Provide superior customer service, responding promptly and professionally to resident inquiries or concerns.

Operational & AdministrativePerformance

• Maintain daily updates of unit availability and community calendars.
• Perform regular inspections to ensure all units meet Trinity’s move-in ready standards.
• Support property management withadministrativeduties, phone support, and other tasks as needed.
• Conduct move-out inspections andassistwith property turnover procedures.
• Handle resident collectionsin accordance withTrinity’s standards.

Qualifications

• Experience: At least 1 year in a customer service or sales role; multifamily leasing experience preferred.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalentrequired;additionaleducation or certificationsarea plus(e.g.knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations).
• Tech Proficiency: Intermediate skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with Yardi, Entrata,EliseAI,Celeriand social mediais a bonus.

Requirements

Availability & Travel

This positionwillrequireavailability for nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.Active participation in team functions and regionalorcompany activities is expected.

Physical Demands

This positionnecessitatesregular periods of sitting, standing, walking, as well as use of hands and arms. Occasional climbing may berequired. Extended use of computers or telephones is also necessary. The rolemay requirelifting upto 25 pounds independently, and occasionally up to 50 pounds withassistance. The ability to respond promptly to both visual and auditory alarms is essential. Candidates must be able to work both indoors and outdoors under various weather conditions, including rain, snow, heat, hail, wind, and sleet.
