CWS Apartments is seeking a Leasing Consultant to combine customer service, sales, and marketing to lease our apartment homes. You will meet leasing goals, build rapport with customers and residents, and contribute to a service‑moriented team environment.

The role requires on-site work across our communities, with regular interaction with residents, vendors, and staff, and a focus on safety and compliance. A high school diploma and sales experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of on-site management operations and customer service experience recommended.
• Yardi software experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance required.
• Sales and customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lease the community.
• Market the community.
• Maintain resident satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain general office organization.
• Communicate with customers, residents, investors, vendors, leadership, and team members.
• Participate in Risk Management and Safety Programs.
