Bozzuto is seeking a Sales & Marketing Associate (Leasing Consultant) to convert leads into tours and secure new leases at our communities. You will engage prospects with informative tours, and deliver an outstanding resident experience that drives brand loyalty.

You'll manage social media content, respond to inquiries, and collaborate with teams to ensure a superior leasing process. The role includes weekend work three weekends per month and competitive compensation.
