The role emphasizes engaging communication, strong presentation skills, a professional appearance, and the ability to manage social media content to build brand loyalty. Weekend work is required on a rotating basis.

Responsibilities

• Converting leads into community tours by following up with prospects and providing helpful information about the community and neighborhood.
• Conducting informative and personalized tours that result in new leases.
• Building brand loyalty by ensuring a stellar resident experience.
• Generating awareness, interest and excitement via social media.
• Working weekends three weekends per month with two days off during the week.
