• Collaborate with the Property Manager on community and resident events.
• Assist residents with lease renewals and requests.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, prospects, applicants, and vendors.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• At least 1 year of sales and customer service experience.
• Previous leasing experience is a plus.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and work collaboratively.
