Leasing Consultant (Rockville, Maryland)

Location: FLATS AT SHADY GROVE

Weekend hours: Saturdays 10AM - 5PM

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments at the highest effective rent level possible, maintaining excellent customer service.
• Respond promptly and courteously to resident requests and resolve issues.
• Explain company and community policies to residents and potential residents.
• Complete lease documents accurately and timely.
• Maintain resident files and enter data according to company policy.
• Develop and maintain resident retention programs.
• Inspect apartments before move-in to ensure readiness.
• Assist in leasing activities and resident relations.
• Stay informed about community, area facts, and competitive market levels.
• Participate in community events and become certified as a Leasing Specialist.
• Travel may be required; occasional weekend hours may be needed.

Qualifications and Skills

Physical Requirements
