Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective residents, offering tours and showcasing the beauty and amenities of The Pointe Brodie Creek.
• Assist with leasing activities, including marketing the property, processing applications, and executing leases.
• Maintain a friendly, welcoming, and professional demeanor while addressing inquiries and providing outstanding service to both residents and prospective tenants.
• Collaborate with the Community Director to help manage the property efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with the Fair Housing Act and company policies.
• Support daily administrative tasks and help with resident requests.

What We're Looking For:

• At least 1 year of leasing experience preferred, but we are open to training highly motivated candidates with excellent customer service skills.
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment.
• A positive attitude and eagerness to contribute to a growing community.
