Weinstein Properties in North Carolina is seeking a Part-Time Leasing Consultant at Bexley at Lake Norman. You’ll be the first impression for prospective residents, guiding them through the leasing journey while building relationships with current residents and the team.

You’ll juggle customer service, sales, and administrative tasks with comprehensive training provided. This 20-hour-per-week role includes rotating Saturdays, 9am–6pm, with weekday flexibility.

We have a fantastic Part-Time Leasing Consultant opportunity available!

Weinstein Properties, headquartered in Richmond, Virginia owns and manages over 60 apartment communities in Virginia, North Carolina, Texas, Tennessee, and Georgia. Still owned and operated by the Weinstein family after 70+ years, our continued success is attributed to our hands on approach to daily operations and our focus on the customer experience.

Location: Bexley at Lake Norman.

Pay: Hourly rates are competitive (starting at $18/hour and increasing based on experience).

Schedule: 20 hours per week. Saturdays - working in a rotation with the team. Weekday hours 9am-6pm, we can be flexible based on what weekdays you can work.
