Elmington Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Parke West in the Nashville area. You will supervise leasing activities, communicate with prospects and residents, and help create a welcoming community residents are proud to call home.

Responsibilities include managing the leasing process, responding to inquiries, and supporting a team focused on service excellence. Travel and weekend coverage may be required as part of delivering outstanding resident experiences.

Qualifications

As the Leasing Consultant, you are responsible for supervising the leasing process, communicating with prospective and current tenants, and managing the community's reputation.

• Effectively manage the community's reputation via social media, direct communication, and marketing.


• Be the primary communicator to prospects, residents, vendors, and your market.


• Constantly learn and search for ways to improve traffic, leasing, and total income.

SPECIFIC EDUCATION OR EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 2 years of leasing experience required.


• Multi-Family experience preferred.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Frequently sit, stand and walk.


• Regularly required to talk or hear.


• Frequently required to use hands or fingers to handle or feel objects, tools or controls.


• Occasionally required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.


• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.


• Vision abilities to include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision and the ability to adjust focus.


• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.


• Temperature in the workplace is typically moderate, though the ability to withstand seasonal cold and heat of the outdoors is necessary.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

• Travel up to 10% of the time.
