Responsibilities

As a Leasing Consultant, you will:

  • Respond proactively to sales leads and promote the community by addressing resident needs and providing information on availability, pricing, location, and amenities.
  • Invite and schedule prospective residents for community tours, employing effective selling techniques to close deals.
  • Support community marketing efforts and enhance online presence.
  • Explain lease provisions and community policies, conduct move-in orientations, and ensure resident satisfaction.
  • Manage leasing documents, process payments, and complete move-in procedures.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Strong customer service skills, ideally in retail or hospitality
  • Organized, with the ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in property management software and Google Suite
  • Valid Driver's License if operating a motorized vehicle
  • Knowledge of apartment housing laws
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in leasing or property management
  • College coursework or degree
Compensation

Salary ranges from $22.60 to $27.62 per hour, with eligibility for overtime and performance incentives. Starting pay depends on skills and experience. A valid driver’s license, good driving record, auto insurance, and reliable transportation are required if operating a vehicle during work.
