Job summary

Westdale in Austin is seeking a Leasing Consultant to make the first connection with prospective residents, show apartments, and process rental applications in compliance with fair housing laws.

You will greet visitors, close leases, and promote community amenities while delivering friendly, professional service. The role requires good communication, organization, and the ability to work Saturdays, with base hourly pay plus bonuses.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leasing, customer service, or sales experience.
• Strong leasing and closing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Able to type 30 WPM and stay organized.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook; Yardi or similar software.
• Available to work every other Saturday.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and residents.
• Answer calls and emails from residents and prospects.
• Complete guest cards and lease paperwork accurately and on time.
• Sell features and amenities to prospective residents.
• Show apartments and secure leases.
