Pay Range: $20-$23/hour, based on experience, plus potential for commission and renewal bonuses!

Job Description:
  • Providing superior customer service
  • Assist in complete market surveys
  • Show, lease, and facilitate move-ins for prospective community members
  • Update unit availability daily
  • Process rental applications
  • Handle maintenance requests
  • Receive collections in accordance with Trinity’s standards
  • Provide clerical and phone support
  • Maintain all community member files, ensuring completeness and accuracy
  • Manage a calendar of scheduled move-ins, inspect apartments to ensure readiness according to Trinity’s standards
  • Resolve resident complaints and escalate issues to Supervisor
  • Conduct move-out unit inspections
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by Supervisor
Special Requirements:

Physical Demands: The employee will regularly sit, stand, walk, reach, talk, and hear. Occasional climbing may be required. Must work at a computer and on the phone for extended periods. Ability to detect alarms and work flexible hours and weekends as needed.

Attendance/Travel: This full-time position may require evening, weekend, and holiday work. Attendance at company events is expected.

Technical Skills:
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Familiarity with Yardi, Voyager, LRO, Entrata, Resident Check preferred
Education & Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
