Link Apartments Calyxin Chapel Hill, NC is looking for a full-time Leasing Consultant to join their team.

What are some of the things a Leasing Consultant at Grubb Properties does?

1. Take responsibility for all phases of leasing including, but not limited to:
   • Greeting prospects
   • Answering phone calls
   • Following up on all leads
   • Touring the community
   • Closing the sale
2. Take responsibility for the completion of all paperwork through the lifecycle of a resident:
   • Guest cards
   • Applications
   • Lease documents
   • Renewal documents
   • Termination documents
   • Move out documents
3. Participate actively in marketing the property, including:
   • Posting and following up on social media platforms
   • Planning resident events
   • Executing resident events

This role involves front-line resident services, team interaction, fast-paced learning, and communication in various situations. Attention to detail is essential. Experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or property management is advantageous.
