ZRS Management LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to attract, screen, and lease available properties. You will conduct tours, respond to inquiries, and help move-in processes while promoting high occupancy and excellent resident service.

The role requires strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills, with familiarity in property management software and MS Office. You may work weekends as needed and will join a team focused on ethical standards and compliance.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong negotiation and sales abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office and email for marketing activities.
• Familiarity with property management software.

Responsibilities

• Attract and screen potential tenants and provide leasing information.
• Tour properties and market available units to prospects.

Job Description:A leasing consultant primary role is to attract and screen potential tenants, provide information about available properties, negotiate lease terms, and ensure a smooth leasing process.As a leasing consultant you will be responsible for leasing properties to prospective tenants, ensuring high occupancy rates, and maintaining positive relationships with current residents. Your role involves marketing and promoting available properties, conducting property tours, screening applicants, negotiating lease agreements, and providing excellent customer service.
