Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Omaha is seeking a Leasing Consultant to drive occupancy and revenue through a customer-focused leasing experience. You will blend sales, marketing, and customer service to support the property’s brand, digital presence, and resident engagement.

You will respond to inquiries, conduct tours, manage data in PMS/CRM, and collaborate on events and marketing campaigns to attract residents and boost renewals. A strong focus on service and closing conversions is required.

Responsibilities

• Leasing from inquiry to move-in.
• Respond to prospect traffic via phone, email, chat, social media, and in-person.
• Conduct property tours aligned with prospect needs and lifestyle.
• Maintain accurate prospect and leasing data in property management and CRM systems.
• Achieve leasing, occupancy, and retention goals.
• Stay informed on market trends, competitor pricing, and local factors.
• Process applications, leases, renewals, and move-in documentation.
• Maintain records including traffic and leasing activity.
• Inspect model units, vacant units, and community spaces for readiness and curb appeal.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.
• Maintain social media platforms; create posts, reels, and updates.
• Monitor online reviews and respond professionally.
• Support marketing campaigns and outreach to drive traffic.
• Shop competitors’ digital presence to benchmark performance.
• Assist planning and execution of resident events and engagement activities.
• Represent the community brand at events and outreach opportunities.
• Complete required training and participate in development.
• Assist with office operations and support leadership daily.
