Job summary

Morguard is hiring a Leasing Consultant for our Apartment Community in Falls Church, VA. The role focuses on onsite leasing, handling calls, tours, and leasing files while providing friendly, efficient service to prospective and current residents.

Schedule is Tue–Sat, 9:00am–6:00pm on weekdays and 10:00am–6:00pm on Saturdays; some flexibility and time-off planning with Community Manager. Onsite golf carts used for tours and inspections.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred; High School Diploma required.
• Experience in Restaurant/Hospitality or direct Multi-family Industry (1–2 years preferred).
• Strong administrative and organizational skills; attention to detail for lease administration.
• Strong computer proficiency with property management software (Entrata, Yardi, or Onesite).

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and prospective residents visiting or calling the Leasing Office.
• Stay informed on surrounding market, community amenities, and floor plans.
• Schedule apartment tours and guide prospects through the leasing path.
• Prepare lease files for review and audit; collect qualifying information.
• Assist with renewals and maintain leasing documentation.
