Specializing in master-planned developments and principles of new urbanism, each Billingsley property signifies technology, convenience, and a vast array of amenities aimed to attract and retain tenants, residents, visitors, and employees. These amenities include art, sculpture, parks, trails, and outdoor public spaces. The Customer Experience Specialist plays a crucial role in promoting and leasing apartment homes at our newest Class A property, August Hills. The primary responsibilities include engaging with prospective and current customers, showcasing property features, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The CES will work to maintain a positive online reputation and overall resident satisfaction by providing excellent service to guests, prospects, and vendors. Additionally, the CES will collaborate with the Customer Experience Manager to manage resident retention, lease renewals, and community appearance. The role involves a blend of sales, service, and customer relationship management.

Job Responsibilities
  • Showcase and lease homes and rental spaces with enthusiasm and professionalism.
  • Respond promptly to online inquiries and phone calls, follow up timely, and deliver superior experiences during property tours.
  • Support Billingsley Collection culture and values to achieve top customer satisfaction and reputation scores.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the community, amenities, and features that align with customer needs.
  • Document customer interactions clearly in the CRM system.
  • Maintain the community's appearance to create a welcoming environment.
  • Use sales and marketing strategies to attract prospects and increase traffic.
  • Explain apartment options, generate quotes, and assist prospects in decision-making.
  • Stay informed about property, amenities, and market trends to position homes as top choices.
  • Build positive relationships with residents, colleagues, vendors, and guests.
  • Handle customer inquiries efficiently, demonstrating empathy and ownership.
  • Manage leasing documents accurately and ensure compliance.
  • Support resident engagement and community activities.
  • Conduct move-in orientations and inspections.
  • Attend team meetings and training sessions for professional growth.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as assigned, contributing to community success.
  • Follow company standards and operating procedures for consistent, exceptional service.
Job Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, service, or hospitality preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office required; experience with property management systems like RealPage, Onesite, etc., is a plus.
  • College degree preferred; high school diploma required.
  • Superior customer service skills and effective communication.
  • Professional appearance and behavior per company standards.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Availability to work on weekends.

  • Prolonged sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
