As a Leasing Consultant, you connect with future residents, identify their wants and needs, and secure lease agreements for a multi-million dollar, multifamily apartment community.

Roles You Will Play

The Tour Guide

  • Discover future residents’ needs, show them around community amenities and model homes, and highlight benefits that make them want to call your community home.
  • Showcase your community’s unique features and benefits, emphasizing what sets it apart from competitors.
  • Create added value by anticipating needs and addressing concerns customers may not have considered yet.

The Deal Sealer

  • Make prospective residents feel so at home that they never want to leave.
  • Increase occupancy and community visits by boosting online engagement, updating promotions, and developing new marketing strategies.
  • Monitor the competition to stay ahead and attract more residents.
  • Communicate with clarity and enthusiasm to motivate customers to sign a lease.
