Essential Job Functions
  • Conduct all leasing activities, respond to inquiries, provide apartment and amenities tours, follow up with prospects, and coordinate move-ins.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies and programs.
  • Develop and monitor referral programs for move-in packets, newsletters, and resident retention.
  • Maintain high scores in customer service metrics.
  • Inspect apartments with new residents at move-in and complete necessary paperwork.
  • Support the Assistant Property Manager with tracking renewals, lease expirations, and notices to vacate.
  • Process application fees, security deposits, rents, and other fees accurately.
  • Enter prospect and resident data into Realpage promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws, local/state regulations, and occupancy standards.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred.
  • One year of customer service or sales experience preferred.
  • Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
  • Ability to pass criminal background checks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Pay/Schedule
  • Starting pay of $17/hour
  • Day shift with some weekend availability may be required
