Job summary

Afton Properties, Inc. is seeking a full-time Leasing Consultant to manage marketing and leasing at a Garden Style community in Riverside. Duties include property tours, processing applications, and preparing leases while delivering excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate is bilingual (Spanish and English preferred), has a valid driver’s license, and is proficient with Yardi and CRM systems; prior leasing experience is required. Fridays and Saturdays are high-volume days.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and leasing is preferred.
• Bilingual abilities in Spanish and English are advantageous.
• Proficiency with property management software (Yardi, Rent Cafe) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Show properties and conduct tours of available units.
• Process rental applications and prepare lease documents.
• Negotiate leasing terms and ensure smooth move-in process.
• Maintain accurate records in Yardi and the CRM system.
• Respond to tenant inquiries and coordinate maintenance as needed.
