Responsibilities
  • Engage with prospects, residents, and guests in person and via phone.
  • Schedule and conduct property viewings and interviews.
  • Ensure compliance with Tax Credit regulations, including documentation and reporting.
  • Maintain and process Move-In and Recertification files for program compliance.
  • Address resident inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly.
  • Process applications, renewals, and create rental agreements.
  • Inspect property conditions and coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping.
  • Keep resident files organized and up-to-date.
  • Report issues to the Community Manager.
  • Maintain professionalism with residents, vendors, and staff.
  • Support resident activities and other duties as assigned.
Candidate Qualifications
  • High energy and positive attitude; team-oriented.
  • Bilingual preferred but not required.
  • Customer service experience in leasing, hospitality, retail, etc.
  • At least 1 year of tax credit experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of low-income housing rules, policies, and procedures.
  • Willingness to work collaboratively.
  • High school diploma or GED required; degree preferred.
  • Fluent in reading and writing English; basic math skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with Yardi, Resman, or similar software is a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance.
