Leasing Consultant - Atwater at Westchase - Tampa, FL

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage prospects, residents, and guests in person and by phone
• Schedule and conduct property tours, interview prospective residents
• Handle resident questions, concerns, and complaints promptly
• Process applications, renewals, and create rental agreements
• Inspect property conditions, coordinate maintenance and housekeeping
• Maintain organized resident files and reports
• Report issues to the Community Manager
• Maintain professionalism with residents, vendors, and staff
• Support resident activities and other duties as assigned

Candidate Requirements

• High energy, positive attitude, excellent customer service skills
• Experience in leasing, hospitality, retail, or related fields preferred
• Ability to work harmoniously with team and residents
• High school diploma or GED required; degree preferred
• Fluent in English; bilingual skills a plus
• Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills
• Experience with property management software (Yardi, Resman) preferred
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance
