Leasing Consultant - Assembly Park Circle Seasonal Part-Time

Join RangeWater Real Estate as a Leasing Consultant - Assembly Park Circle Seasonal Part-Time.

Responsibilities include:

  • Executing marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
  • Performing all leasing activities, including greeting prospects, property tours, application processing, and lease signing.
  • Implementing offsite marketing and analyzing market trends.
  • Managing lease enforcement, resident satisfaction, and property appearance.
  • Responding to resident concerns and ensuring safety and property standards.

Work hours: 40 hours per week, with site hours typically Monday-Friday 9am-6pm, Saturday 10am-5pm, and Sunday 1pm-5pm.

Minimum requirements: Ability to work weekends, in an office and outside environment, with physical ability to lift up to 20 pounds independently.

Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED, experience in property management, sales, marketing, or customer service preferred, proficiency in property management software, valid driver's license.
