Job description

Job Title: Leasing Consultant

Altaire is seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant to join our team at our Altaire property in Arlington, VA.

Responsibilities:
  1. Tour prospective residents and lease apartments.
  2. Respond to leasing calls and online inquiries.
  3. Process applications, prepare lease paperwork, and generate weekly/monthly reports.
  4. Address resident issues and concerns.
  5. Coordinate and follow up on maintenance requests.
  6. Market the community through online ads, outreach, and social media.
Qualifications:
  1. 1-3 years of experience in Community Management.
  2. Experience with high-rise lease-up preferred.
  3. Knowledge of Yardi Software.
  4. Working knowledge of LRO is a plus.
  5. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  6. Availability to work most weekends (with two days off during the week).
  7. Willingness to work during inclement weather.
