KPM is seeking an ambitious Leasing Consultant with strong customer service skills and a passion for people to join our team in Arlington, TX.

This is a full-time position with compensation based on experience.

The Leasing Consultant acts as the property’s sales representative, greeting prospects, presenting the features and benefits of the property professionally, and securing lease agreements from qualified individuals.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to prospective residents, current residents, and vendors to increase leasing agreements.
  • Understand and explain the TAA Lease Contract to residents.
  • Ensure all units are in optimal condition; prepare and coordinate move-in packets and schedules.
  • Create effective marketing strategies, including coordinating resident activities.
  • Maintain positive relationships with residents and team members.
  • Conduct daily property walks to ensure curb appeal.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effective communication with residents and team members.
  • High sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
Physical Requirements / Working Conditions
  • Prolonged periods sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Push, pull, bend, stoop, squat, kneel, climb stairs, reach above shoulders.
  • Efficient typing skills.

  • Availability to work weekends and evenings on a rotating schedule.
