Apres Apartments and Arterra Place Apartments in Aurora, CO have an opening for a Full-Time Leasing Consultant! This position will float to both properties as needed! (www.liveatapres.com) (www.liveatarterra.com)

We are seeking an ambitious leasing consultant motivated by an hourly wage plus bonus. The Leasing Consultant acts as the property's sales representative, greeting prospects, presenting community features and benefits, touring apartment homes, and securing lease agreements from qualified applicants. The ideal candidate is service-oriented, with excellent communication skills, and strives to make residents feel welcome and comfortable.

Core Responsibilities:

  1. Manage all aspects of the leasing process with prospective tenants.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service to future tenants and current residents.
  3. Guide clients through tours, the application process, and close sales.
  4. Close sales to maximize occupancy and offer additional products or services for customer satisfaction and revenue.
  5. Keep accurate records of prospective and current client interactions.
  6. Respond promptly and professionally to phone, email, and in-person inquiries.
  7. Handle resident concerns and requests positively to ensure satisfaction.
  8. Assist Property Manager with ongoing maintenance coordination and community inspections.
  9. Support Property Manager in training on-site staff to meet operational goals.
  10. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  1. High School diploma or equivalent.
  2. Strong sales and leasing experience.
  3. Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  4. Ability to maintain high energy and a friendly demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Basic to intermediate math skills; no additional assistance needed.
  6. National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP) certification preferred.
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; typing speed of at least 30 words per minute; Yardi experience is a plus.
  8. Fair Housing certification before interacting with prospects or residents.
  9. Willingness to work evenings and weekends if required.
  10. Adherence to company policies, Fair Housing, ADA, and other relevant laws and regulations.

Hourly Pay Range: $20-$22/hour.
