Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Leasing Consultant to join our team at 10 Newbridge Apartments. The role involves engaging with prospective residents, managing leasing processes, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Greet guests and provide high-quality customer service.
  • Show units, ensure they are in optimal condition, and follow up with prospects.
  • Prepare lease documents and process applications in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Update availability reports and coordinate move-ins.
  • Follow up with prospects who did not close and refer to sister communities if necessary.
  • Maintain knowledge of the property, competitors, and market trends.
  • Assist with renewal programs and property marketing strategies, including social media updates.
  • Open and close the leasing office, ensuring cleanliness and preparedness.
  • Handle resident inquiries, report violations, and respond to emergencies.
  • Coordinate with administrative staff to update resident information and manage work orders.
  • Assist in organizing property and resident events.
Job Requirements
  • High School Diploma with at least two years of leasing experience.
  • Excellent communication, leasing, and closing skills.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office and community management software.
  • Ability to understand and explain lease documents and sell property services.
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
Physical Demands
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Climb stairs, walk the community, stand for long periods, and sit at a desk.
